RPK Timeline

Over RPK Capital’s history, it has successfully participated in the purchase of over 50 aircraft and engines. The firm began in 2004 as an independent transaction sponsor sourcing and funding deals in partnership with an international hedge fund. In 2010, RPK Capital transitioned from an independent sponsor to a joint venture partner of The Carlyle Group. The firm’s 4 year partnership with The Carlyle Group led to the successful deployment of approximately $300 million in capital.
